Artist Relations

Daniel Ruczko brings a rare mix of deep artistic instinct, hands-on experience, and industry knowledge to the A&R world.

As an artist himself with 20+ years in music, film, and design, he understands what it really takes to create something meaningful — and how to guide others toward it. He’s released records, toured as a DJ, run multiple labels, and worked directly with artists across genres like hip-hop, drum & bass, and experimental electronic.

He’s also spent over a decade in the music tech space, including working in an A&R role for LANDR, helping bridge the gap between creatives and the tools they use. Having lived in Los Angeles for nearly a decade, Daniel has navigated both the music and film industries from the inside — working with producers, labels, actors, and directors, always as someone who speaks the same language.

He doesn’t just “scout talent.” He listens. He gets it. He knows what it’s like to build from the ground up, and how to help artists find their voice and sharpen their vision.

Where Daniel adds value:

  • 20+ years as a working artist across music, film, and visual arts

  • Label experience (running and releasing), music tech, and artist support

  • Global network in hip-hop, D&B, electronic, and underground music scenes

  • Strategic feedback that respects the creative process

  • Ability to communicate with artists as one of their own

Daniel thinks like an artist, talks like an artist, and above everything else — he is one. He’s fluent in music, film, writing, and production, which makes him the rare kind of creative you can truly nerd out with, no matter the topic. It’s that lived experience that makes his support real, honest, and rare — which is exactly why other artists trust him.
